Cesar did what I would consider a major remodel at our house. He installed about 1000sf of new hardwood where there used to be carpet and feathered it into existing hardwood flooring. He then refinished all the hardwood. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the floors. You can’t tell where the new floors meet the pre-existing floors which was a major concern of ours when making the decision to install new hardwood. At the same time Cesar installed a brand new kitchen for us. The old kitchen had soffits that had electrical, HVAC, and plumbing running through them. Cesar pulled out the old soffits, re-routed everything so our new cabinets could go straight to the ceiling, installed new cabinets, counters, and lighting (ceiling and under cabinet) and they all look great. My wife and I really enjoyed working with Cesar. It was a big project that expanded some with the soffits and he was still able to deliver a beautiful product on schedule.
